The Classical Music Department of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory is structured in such a way to promote the development of a multi-dimensional and mature personality in our future musicians.

In this respect, in addition to the teaching of musical instruments by leading soloists, particular care and attention is also paid to the study of theory which is regarded as the backbone of a musical education.

As an integral part of the learning process, these classes are considered to be on a par with equivalent studies at European universities.

With great consideration given to the development of the musician’s individuality and theconstant advances being made in the field of music worldwide, the Philippos Nakas Conservatory offers a well-rounded musical education that conforms with the top international standards.
