An exciting world of classical, contemporary, jazz, gospel, traditional and pop music was the concert series of the year 2022-23 at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.

Anniversary concert for the seven years of collaboration between PNC and HAEC

Philippos Nakas Conservatory and Hellenic American College are organizing a young musicians’ concert on May 26, 2023, at 20:00, at Hellenic American Union’s theater (22 Massalias Street, Athens) to celebrate the seventh year of their partnership in music education.

The gala musical evening features soloists and various groups such as chamber music ensembles, string orchestra, choir, and modern music ensembles. The musicians, who are current students or alumni of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory and the organizations’ joint Bachelor of Music program, will perform works from the classical and contemporary repertoires, gospel songs, spirituals, and jazz standards.

The Open Music Day is a musical celebration that is prepared every year with the special care of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory and its teachers.

"Colors of sound" Natassa Chalkodaimon piano recital

A piano recital with timbres from the Baroque to the modern era. A journey through time with J. S. Bach as the starting point and B.Bartók as the final destination, with intermediate stations composers - milestones of each era. The recital will close with the work "Sharp Night" of the contemporary Greek composer and guitarist Yannis Alygizakis.

Final Concert of the Athens State Orchestra Brass Lab

A joyful, multi-participatory concert takes place on Tuesday, May 9, at 7:30 p.m., at the Athens Concert Hall - Dimitris Mitropoulos Hall, marking the end of this year's Brass Workshop curated by leading musicians of the Athens State Orchestra, members of the "METALLON" Ensemble with the cooperation and support of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
