George Koltsiou started his music journey at the age of seven. He was active as a guitarist, band member, DJ, composer, teacher, music producer.
He studied harmony, counterpoint, fugue and classical guitar at the "Rhythm" Music School with Efthimios Palakas, where he taught guitar from 1999 to 2008. He continued from 2005 at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory, obtaining the jazz guitar diploma in 2008 with professor Kostas Baltazanis.
Then, as a Berklee College of Music scholar and with a scholarship increase from the Philippos Nakas Conservatory, he studied at Berklee, obtaining in 2010 a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Writing and Production.
He worked in New York at Avatar Studios and Euphoria Studios and did his internship at Heavyocity Media (Native Instruments, sound design for films, music for video games).
Returning to Greece, from 2013 he taught electric guitar, theory and modern harmony at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory, while at the same time he was in charge of the Music Production and Technology program of the Conservatory.
In Greece he worked professionally as a producer at Matrix Studio and his collaborations include: Marina Satti, The Astolabe, Lumiere (Thanasis Christodoulou), Nefeli Fasouli, Wolfy Funk Project, Supersan, Pheliene, Third Eye Bizarre,7-Odds , Puta Volcano, Kill Emil, Elena Leoni and others.
He often performs live with important artists of the Greek music scene. He has composed music for the Theatre, while also being a radio producer.
He was the artistic director of the Frontyard company and currently he is in charge of the Nakasonline program.
