Ioanna Kouzi was born in Athens in 1999. She started piano lessons at the age of 5.
From 2017 she studied with Yiannis Loukos for four years and in 2021 she started studying with Alexandra Papastephanou at the Kodaly Conservatory, receiving her diploma in piano with Excellence, in January 2023.
Alongside her musical studies, she studied at the Mathematics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens graduating in 2021.
She has participated at the "Young Soloists in the Foyer" event at the Athens Concert Hall and has given a piano recital at the Goulandris museum - as part of the Piano City Athens festival.
From the academic year 2023-24 she teaches piano at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
