Adamantini Arvaniti was born in Athens in 1982. In 1999 she started studying Classical singing at the Athens Hellenic conservatory where she excelled, and at the same time studied Philosophy, Pedagogics and Psychology in the Greek National Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2004, she won first prize among 200 participants in the Philipos Nakas Pop& Rock contest with her band "Birthmark", leading to the release of their first album ‘’Product of black days’’ by V2 records. Following that, they released 3 more albums and one EP in which she has sung and has also written many of the songs. Their songs have also been included in song collections (Rock&Roll magazine, In the junkyard I).

She has toured around Greece with her band performing, and supporting acts such as Iron Butterfly, Nina Nastasia, Holy Golightly, and Ksilina Spathia. She also sang and wrote the lyrics for the song ‘’Infinite words’’ with Greek electronic producer Hiras for Universal Production music, U.K and has also participated in other music projects as a singer and songwriter (Murder Mystery ensemble, Jackie o). After she got her degree in contemporary singing from Philipos Nakas Conservatory, she completed the BAST training course for singing teachers, and then continued her studies at Berklee online, receiving a Professional Certificate in Vocal styles (R&B vocals, Improvisation techniques in Pop and R&B, Popular singing styles: Developing your sound) with the grade of A.

As of the academic year 2023-24, Adamantini Arvaniti teaches modern singing at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
