Nektaria Peleli was born in Athens. At the age of six, she began her musical studies in piano (with teacher Maria Katirtzoglou) and in theory at the Attikon Conservatory of Athens, receiving the Piano degree with a grade of Excellent and Honorary Commendation from the Attikon Conservatory. She has taken part in many piano concerts, such as at the Athens Concert Hall in the event "Young Soloists in the Foyers" (2023) and has actively participated in classical piano seminars.

She was also for a number of years a member of the mixed choir of the Attikon Conservatory of Athens, having taken part in concerts, such as the Tribute to Mikis Theodorakis at the Athens Concert Hall in 2018. She has attended music education seminars at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory (Junior Music Course system of the Yamaha Music Foundation ) and Yamaha's “Robbie-Teddy” programs for babies and toddlers. She is also involved in Music Production and composition. Today, she continues her studies for the Classical Piano Diploma, with the renowned pianist Dionysis Mallouchos.

As of the academic year 2023-24, Nektaria Peleli is a member of the teaching staff of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory for the introductory and infant music education programs.
