Ages 4 - 8
The class consists of small groups of up to 12 children.
During the lesson, children will be brought into contact with the following, by means of music and movement and theatrical games:
Music: an introduction to rhythm, sound, melody, the musical instruments in the Orff orchestra (xylophones, percussion, recorders, etc.), singing and the basic musical forms, through participation in small orchestras.
Movement: an introduction to the rudiments of physical movement, children’s dances from all over the world, expression in movement and improvisation.
Theatrical games: an introduction to mime and dramatization of all the elements derived from music and movement.
Tuition takes place at the Headquarters of the conservatory (Ippokratous) and at Kifissia, Agia Paraskevi, Nea Smyrni, Melissia and Glyfada branches.
