Born in Komotini, Evi Kyriazidou studied piano at the Department of Music Science and Art of the University of Macedonia and at the Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg, from which she obtained the title "Master of Arts" in solo piano. She also holds a piano diploma from the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki with First Prize and Special Distinction. She studied with the well-known Greek pianists Vinia Tsopela, Domna Evnouchidou, Lampi Vassiliadis, Giannoula Papazoglou and with the internationally recognized soloists Rolf Plagge and Matti Raekallio. She attended piano seminars with Yonty Solomon, Mitsuko Uchida, Joachim Soriano, Giorgos Chatzinikos, piano pedagogy, music composition with Dr. Dino Konstantinidis and analysis of 21st century projects. She has received a scholarship from the National Scholarships Foundation, from the Komotini Bar Association and from the "Gina Bahauer" Music Association (1st Prize Winner) for studies abroad. She has collaborated as a soloist with the Bratislava Kammerorchester, the "Dimitris Mitropoulos" Symphony Orchestra of the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki and the Vratsa Symphony Orchestra of Bulgaria. She participated with individual recitals and with chamber music ensembles at festivals in Greece, Austria, Germany and Bulgaria, she has recorded for the Third Program of the Hellenic Radio, while as a member of EchoEs she is indulging in minimalist music, improvisation, as well as her own compositions. She collaborated with the Salzburg Landestheater Opera and the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. She was an accompanying teacher at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki and the Municipal Conservatories of Volos and Thermi. She works as a piano teacher at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
