She was born in Thessaloniki. She studied at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki, obtaining a Piano Diploma with honors in the class of Professor Patroklos Georgiadis. For two consecutive years and at the age of 17 and 18 years she received a scholarship from the City of Thessaloniki to participate as an active member in the International Piano Seminar held in PORTO CARRAS with Professor Richard Syracus. Having obtained her diploma, she attended Master Class courses, given by internationally renowned soloist and conductor Dimitri Toufexis. While taking part in seminars with internationally renowned piano teachers (D. Toufexis, M. Tirimo etc.) she also performed in piano recitals, as a soloist with various orchestras and in chamber music. She became involved in the teaching profession in 1993. Her students have won many awards, winning first prizes in Greek and Cypriot competitions.
