Christina Palatzoglou was born in Thessaloniki. She is a graduate of the Department of Music Studies of  Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with specialization in music pedagogy and holder of a "Ptychion" Degree (class of Kortessa Tsifodimou) and a Diploma in classical guitar (class of Fotis Koutsothodoros) with a unanimous "Excellent". She is also holder of the degrees of Harmony, Counterpoint and Fugue (Vassilis Kitsos class).

She has won two scholarships of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory, following an internal competition, for the school years 2010-2011, 2011-2012. In addition, she has distinguished herself in classical guitar competitions by winning the 2nd prize at the Naxos Guitar Festival children's competition (2007), 3rd prize at the Thessaloniki Guitar Festival (2015), 3rd prize at the Kalamata Guitar Festival (2019), 3rd prize at the 5th Panhellenic Music Competition 2020 Group for UNESCO (2020), 2nd prize at the Patras Guitar Festival (2019) and 1st prize at the 4th Peloponnese Guitar Festival (2019). She was also one of the award-winning guitarists of the Art Campus and presented works at the Athens Concert Hall as part of the tribute to the classical guitar (2019).

She has actively participated in classical guitar and music performance seminars with A. D. Vitis, G. Bianco, A. Mouzourakis, A. Desiderio, H. Kaeppel, R. Dyens, G. Chatzinikos, P. Adam, E. Asimakopoulos, choir direction seminar with A. Kontogeorgiou and M. Meligkopoulos and music pedagogy seminar with F. Suruvali.

Since September 2016 she has been teaching classical guitar at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory in Thessaloniki.
