Michalis Papaleontiou was born and raised in Athens.

He studied classical, electric guitar and music theory at the Standard Conservatory of St. Attica. He also studied Music Technology and Sound Engineering at the University Of East London.

He has been teaching for the last 6 years and maintains a recording studio and a YouTube channel (Mike P) focused mainly on music technology and music production.

Since 2021 he teaches music production and electric guitar at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
