Born in Athens, Myrto Dimitroulopoulou began cello at the Athens Conservatory with Professor Eleftherios Papastaurou and continued with Vanya Papadimitriou. She continued her studies with Byron Fidetzis and Claire Claire Demeulenaere at Athenaeum Conservatory, graduating in January 2003 with honors.She was a member of the String Orchestra Piraeus, Athens Conservatory Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of Halkida, Rethymno Municipal Symphony Orchestra, the Orchestra Feminarte and piano trio 'Divertimento'.She has collaborated with the Deree College orchestra, Enarmonia Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of Corfu and the Symphony Orchestra of Athens.In the years 2004 and 2008 to 2010 she worked with the National Symphony Orchestra of Greek Radio. She was a member of the orchestra that accompanied the President of Democracy in October 1999 during his official visit to Iran.She has collaborated with composers V. Papathanasiou, St. Spanoudakis, G. Markopoulos, M. Tokas, St. Korkolis, G. Theofanous and singers Maria Farantouri, Elli Paspala, Yannis Parios, Anna Vissi, Vasilis Lekkas, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Marios Frangoulis etc.He is a member of the quartet "Cohlias" and collaborates with chamber ensembles, with concerts in Greece and abroad.She teaches cello and Junior Strings at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory Conservatory.
