Ellina Ioannidi was born in Vladikavkaz, Russia. She took first violin and piano lessons at the city's Music School, from where he graduated. She continued her studies at the College of Arts of Vladikavkaz in the class of Zermena Ioannidi, receiving a degree with honors. She then studied at the Conservatory (Music Academy) of Astrakhan, in the class of Professor Leonidof, with whom she obtained a violin diploma. At the same time, she worked as a concertino in the Orchestra of the Opera Workshop and in the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra of the same city.
In Greece she worked in the Athenaeum Conservatory Chamber Orchestra. For 5 years she collaborated with the "Camerata Orchestra of the Friends of Music" and she was first violin of the quartet "Souvenir". She collaborated with the Chamber Orchestra of the National Opera as well. Since 1995, she has been teaching violin and chamber music at the International Conservatory of Athens and the Panharmonic Conservatory with success in students' degrees and diplomas. She also studied Classical Singing and Melodrama with the internationally recognized tenor Zachos Terzakis, receiving her Diploma with Excellence and First Prize from the Panharmonic Conservatory.
Her collaboration with the Philippos Nakas Conservatory began in 2021.
