Eleni Kamaratou holds a master's degree in musicology from Brooklyn College, New York University, and a bachelor's degree in music from the University of Charleston, South Carolina, where she studied piano on a full scholarship (piano class of Ran Dank and Paul Sanchez). In June 2015, she graduated from the Philippos Nakas Conservatory (Alexandra Papastefanou's class) with a Piano Diploma, Excellent and 1st Prize. She holds a Piano degree (Ptychion) with Honors (Crete Art Conservatory, Sofia Arakadakis class), and a Harmony Degree (with Honors, Nikolaos Mantzaros Conservatory, Michalis Travlos class).

During her undergraduate studies in the US she participated in masterclasses by distinguished pianists, such as Sergei Babayan, Alessio Bax, Barry Douglas, Marina Lomazov, Robert McDonald, James Tocco, Boris Berman, Vassilis Varvaresos, Tanya Gabrielian, Ayşedeniz Gökçin, Alexandre Moutouzkine , Konstantinos Papadakis, Peter Takàcs, Alon Goldstein and Ching-Yun Hu. She has taken part in many music festivals in Europe and the United States. In addition to classical teaching methods, since 2018 she specializes in the Taubman method for piano performance and teaching studying with professor Robert Durso.
