From the age of 6, Olga Galanaki shows her inclination towards music, playing as self-taught on her first electric organ.
A year later, she starts attending lessons in classical piano and theory with renowned musicians and teachers.
At the age of 18, along with classical piano, she attended Music Technology / Sound Engineering courses at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory and 2 years later continued her studies in Jazz / Modern piano with teachers Manos Athanasiadis and Pantelis Benetatos and Theory / Jazz Harmony with Asterios Papastamatakis and Grigoris Batsis.
She is a graduate of Music Technology & Jazz / Modern Piano from the Philippos Nakas Conservatory as well as a holder of a Rockschool (RSL) degree in keyboards.
She has attended several seminars in the fields of Music Technology, Sound Engineering, Electronic Orchestration and Music Creation, Ear training, Jazz Improvisation, Film scoring, Composition, Songwriting, Music Production, Sound Design & Arrangement.
From 2006 until today she is professionally employed as a musician (piano, keyboards and backing vocals).
She has collaborated on stage, in a studio environment but also in television performances with many artists and bands, in pop, rock, jazz, latin, blues, funk, soul, r'n'b, disco styles, such as Rous, Nektarios Sfyrakis, Jamming Funkers, Rallia Christidou, Nikos Michas, Yannis Skoulas, Sax-S, Thanos Kalliris, 4 on the Floor band, Picos Apicos band, Mathildi Maggira, Costas Lemonidis, Tony Sphinos in venues and music scenes such as Stavros tou Notou, Technopolis, Architecture, Glass Up Stage, Half Note Jazz Club, Galaxy Bar/Hilton Athens, Kerameio, Afrikana Jazz Bar, Gazarte, Casino Mont Parnes, Saint George Lycabettus and at several festivals in Greece and abroad.
In 2016 she attended Music Therapy seminars on a scholarship.
In 2022-2023 she attended and completed the supplementary education program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens "Jazz and Blues in the Information Age". As of 2023 shas been teaching at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
