Chrysa Kavasi obtained her piano degree with honors from the"Philippos Nakas" Conservatory with professor Maria Kambouraki and Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue Degrees with Distinction from the Municipal Conservatory N. Moudania with professor Theodore Gkrounis.
She attended as an active member piano seminars with: George Hatzinikos Alexandra Papastefanou, Margaret Newman, Dimitris Toufexsi, Martino Tirimo, Antonella Pagano, Nelly Ben-Orr and pre-education seminars (Junior Music Course of the Yamaha Music Foundation).
From school year 2004-2005 she has been working at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory as organ teacher, teacher for introductory toddlers' classes, and theory teacher. She has taught piano, theory of music in conservatories and also in primary education.
