He was born in Thessaloniki in 1971. At the age of 14, he started learning guitar, participating in amateur bands until 1989, when he started classical, electric and advanced theoretical lessons at the Contemporary Conservatory of Thessaloniki.

In 1992 he graduated with an advanced theory degree and continued his studies in Great Britain at Leeds College of Music in the class of Adrian Ingram. While attending classes in piano, composition, orchestration, conducting and music history, he graduated with a Diploma with Honors in Jazz. In 2000 he completed his studies at Middlessex University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz while making many appearances on music scenes in England. In 2007 he completed his studies in advanced theory with a degree in fugue. In 2009 he completed his studies in classical guitar, obtaining the degree in classical guitar (class of Kalli Kastori).

In 1994 he participated in the Leeds International Jazz Festival and in 1995, winning the 1st guitar prize in the British Big Band Competition, thus he was invited to record for the BBC. In the same year, he collaborates with the English comedian Danny La Rue in the project "The Crazy Cage" and also participates in the Adaire Jazz Festival in Ireland, in the 4th Festival of EU member countries - Cyprus - Malta, and for two consecutive years ( ΄95 and ΄96 respectively) at the 34th and 35th Thessaloniki Song Festivals. In 1997 he became a member of the tv orchestra. In 2003 he created the Hot Club Gypsy Trio, the first gypsy jazz group in Greece. In 2004 they appear at the 39th Dimitria with the internationally renowned gypsy guitarist Francis Moerman and in 2005 a CD of their work is released by the company ANKH productions, which they present at the festival "para thin' alos" in 2005.

He has performed in international festivals: European Monodrama Festival 2004 Bitola FYROM, International Festival The actor of Europe 2004 Otesevo FYROM
He participated in the cd of composer-producer Cayetano which is released internationally by the sala Sonora label.
During all these years, he performed in music scenes such as Mylos, Hydrogeios, Hyatt Regency Casino in Thessaloniki, Alabastro in Athens, Art House in Larissa, etc. He recorded for the CD of Natasa Mare-Moumtzidou and for the CD of Efi Ratsou "Twins", collaborated with the band "Xaxakes" giving concerts all over Greece, with the last stop being the Ark festival (2012). He also collaborated with Maria Farandouri in "Aristotelia 2012".

His teaching career began in 2001 at the Municipal Conservatory of Agios Pavlos in Thessaloniki and the C. Papoulakou Conservatory in Larissa, while in the year 2011-12 he worked at the Music High School of Ptolemaida. Since 2008 he has been teaching at the Municipal Conservatory of Sykees and since 2010 at the Philippos Nakas Conservatory.
